If your item does not arrive

Please keep this in mind as I may not be able to honour the stated 3-day dispatch time

please be aware that Royal Mail will unfortunately not consider a compensation claim for loss until 10 working days (5 for Special Delivery items) have elapsed since the delivery due date

without immediate payment

All other items are posted in sturdy boxes with void filler and bubble wrap as necessary

There will be an indefinite delay on the dispatch of all international orders until the situation is resolved and export services resume
