Valleyfield Bell and Gong Tasmanian Pinot NoirThis is a medium to light colour pinot noir, bright, with purple tinges. The bouquet is fresh, complex with cherry and raspberry aromas. The palate is finely structured and intense, with precision and balance and a lingering finish of leatherwood honey. Very fine.

The rich flavours and sweet fruit characters are a great pairing with seafood and white meat dishes
